The individual we seek will have a successful track record in retail fashion management with 5 or more years of retail fashion management experience. He/she will be able to describe his/her challenges and successes in leading and coaching a team, serving a fashion clientele and growing sales. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Success as a Store Manager in a retail ladies apparel environment in a specialty retail chain or a department store.
Success as an Assistant Store Manager in a high volume retail fashion store. High volume would be annual sales volume in excess of $1.5 million per year.
Passionate on fashion; up on all the latest trends.
Love serving and building a fashion clientele.
A believer in building a clientele based on client knowledge and understanding each client's unique fashion needs.
Proven leadership and success coaching and developing others.
