Warranty Coordinator

We are a leading Trailer Manufacturer seeking an experienced Warranty Coordinator to join our team.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or higher in a relevant field and/or equivalent experience.
• Parts ticket would be considered an asset.
• 1 to 2 years experience of parts or service.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrates professional integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing warranty claims: receive and process warranty claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted, and working with the appropriate departments to repair or replace the product.
• Maintaining warranty records: keep track of warranty information including product information and warranty information such as warranty period and expiration dates.
• Communicating with customers: respond to customer queries, provide information on warranties, and work with customers to resolve any warranty issues they may have.
• Coordinating with manufacturers and repair technicians: work with manufacturers and repair technicians & dealers to facilitate the repair or replacement of products covered under warranty.
• Monitoring warranty coverage: keep a record of warranty coverage and ensure that the service technicians are aware of the extent of the warranties offered.
• Managing warranty claims: manage warranty claims from start to finish, which can include processing, approving, or denying claims, or escalating claims to the appropriate authority.
• Process Warranty Registrations: transmit data for customer/dealer sales units to an internal system for tracking of original purchase as well as warranty submissions based of unit number.
• Improving warranty programs: develop and implement strategies to improve warranty programs and processes to increase customer satisfaction.

Salary: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
