START DATE: IMMEDIATE
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER who is proficient and competent with QuickBooks and Sage, proficient with ECOM sales in multiple currencies and must have experience with using the manufacturer's modules within QuickBooks. This position will also be responsible for filing important documents, keeping information and documents organized physically and electronically, regular involvement with different companies regarding payments, filing and AGM and maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality as this position evolves. We are also looking for someone who has online capabilities, is efficient with tracking and managing financial data, can enter financial transactions and can organize financial reports. It is not a prerequisite but the candidate should promote, embody a healthy lifestyle and have a passion for health and wellness as it would be considered an asset.

- The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members.
- Great interpersonal skills that enable the Bookkeeper to communicate with other employees clearly and effectively.
- Help with other various administrative and organizational needs.
- Able to multitask but still produce excellent results.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
- A strong understanding of math and numbers
- The ability to use various financial transactions such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Position:
- Based off Medicine Hat, AB
- NEED TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Part-Time Position. Note: Position will evolve as projects become more complex.
- Must be in the office 1 day per week. Negotiable once established.
