The Vibe:
Just finished business school and ready to build something?
We’re looking for someone organized, curious, and comfortable talking to people to help grow Clink Beverage Co. This role is perfect for a business grad who wants real experience in sales, partnerships, and brand growth in the beverage industry.
You’ll work directly with the founders helping us expand into new stores, build relationships with partners, and find opportunities to get Clink into more hands.
Some days you’ll be researching new retail opportunities, some days pitching accounts, and some days helping at tastings or events. It’s a little bit of everything, which means you’ll learn a lot, fast.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Researching and identifying new retail, hospitality, and distribution opportunities
- Supporting outreach to stores, buyers, and potential partners
- Helping pitch Clink to new accounts and venues
- Tracking outreach, conversations, and sales opportunities
- Researching event and partnership opportunities
- Supporting store tastings, trade events, and pop-ups
- Helping manage relationships with existing retail partners
- Monitoring what other brands in the space are doing
- Supporting the founders with sales and growth initiatives
What You’ll Learn:
This role is designed to give you hands-on experience building a consumer brand. You’ll gain experience in:
- Sales outreach and relationship building
- Retail and distributor sales strategy
- Business development and partnership management
- Event marketing and product tastings
- Startup operations and growth strategy
- Working directly with founders and seeing how a brand scales
You’ll Crush This If You:
- Are a self-starter who likes being given a task and running with it
- Are comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Are organized and good at tracking projects or conversations
- Have strong communication and writing skills
- Are excited about working in a startup environment where every day is different
- Are Alberta-based and recently graduated from a business program
- Want hands-on experience building a brand and growing a business
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in hospitality, retail, or events
- Have an interest in beverages, food, or CPG brands
- Are comfortable using Canva, Quickbooks, Office 365 & CRMs
The Details:
- Flexible full-time hours
- Remote (with in-person support for events and tastings)
- Paid role (rate based on experience)
