Job Summary:
We are hiring a Campsite Cleaner / Supervisor responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and functionality across campsite facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Ensure all floors, surfaces, counters, mirrors, light fixtures, and washroom facilities are clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, litter, stains, cobwebs, and debris
• Remove gum, mud, and caked-on materials from surfaces, sidewalks, and common areas
• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, ensuring no unpleasant odors are present
• Maintain walls, doors, and frames free of graffiti, stains, and marks

Washroom Maintenance:

• Clean and disinfect toilet bowls, urinals, seats (including undersides), and surrounding areas during each service
• Ensure sinks, taps, and flush systems are working properly with no leaks or blockages
• Refill and maintain dispensers (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, sanitary products) to at least one-third capacity
• Maintain deodorizing systems in all toilet areas

Facility Upkeep:

• Keep ledges, beams, and light fixtures clean and free of dust, cobwebs, and debris
• Ensure all lighting is functional; replace burned-out bulbs or tubes as needed
• Clean windows and skylights, ensuring they are free from dirt, stains, and damage

Outdoor & Common Areas:

• Maintain sidewalks, steps, and paved areas free from mud, leaves, litter, and animal waste
• Clean picnic tables after use, removing grease, food remnants, and debris
• Maintain stoves and grills, ensuring they are free from grease buildup, food waste, and excessive ash (not exceeding 25% capacity)

Inspection & Reporting:

• Conduct routine inspections of all facilities and report maintenance or safety issues
• Ensure all cleaning standards are consistently met according to company guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically capable of handling manual tasks (lifting, walking, standing)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
