Property Maintenance Worker – Part-Time (Medicine Hat)
Gorilla Property Services – Medicine Hat, AB
$23-$25/hour + vacation & stat holiday pay
Part-Time: 6 days/week, 2 hours/day
We’re hiring a reliable and self-motivated Property Maintenance Worker to maintain a commercial site in Medicine Hat. This steady part-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-managed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily litter pick and general site upkeep
- Key holding duties – providing site access for tenants and vendors
- Responding to tenant requests for emergency key access as needed
- Watering trees and landscaped areas
Schedule
- 6 days a week, 2 hours per day (12 hours/week)
- Set daytime hours with some flexibility
- May be contacted occasionally outside regular hours for emergency key access
Pay & Perks
- $23-$25/hour
- Vacation pay + general holiday pay
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to/from site
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in property maintenance, security, or janitorial work
- Landscaping or groundskeeping knowledge
