Store Manager – A&W
Location: Medicine Hat
Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our A&W restaurants. This role is responsible for building and developing a strong team, delivering exceptional guest service, and driving operational and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage scheduling, labour, inventory, and operating costs.
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Complete administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, reporting, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing labour, inventory, and financial performance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
