Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Assistant/Attendant to join our South Location.
This position is ideal for an individual looking to establish a career in healthcare. The pharmacy field is unique in that you do not need formal prior schooling or experience to get started. We are fully prepared to train the right candidate from the ground up, providing you with the practical skills, industry knowledge, and experience needed to build a career.
Because we invest significant time and resources into mentoring and developing our staff, we are looking for individuals who are genuinely interested in a career path. No prior pharmacy experience is required, but a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a commitment to professional growth are essential.
Key Responsibilities
As you progress through your training, your responsibilities will expand to include:
- Greeting patients, verifying demographic information, and accepting prescriptions.
- Accurately entering patient profiles and prescription data into the pharmacy software.
- Assisting with pharmacy inventory, stock rotation, and receiving orders.
- Supporting the medication preparation and dispensing processes under pharmacist/pharmacy technician supervision.
- Providing clear, professional, and compassionate customer service at all times.

Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new database software.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a busy daily workflow.
- Previous pharmacy, retail, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
