Medicine Hat College is accepting applications for a casual support staff position for a Model in the Art & Design program for the Fall 2026 semester.
A little about the role:
We welcome applications from individuals who are interested in posing as Models to assist students learning to sketch, draw, or paint the human form. All sexes, varying age group(s) and physiques are required. Booking assignments will include either draped or undraped sessions. Applicants must be in good physical condition to sustain and maintain poses (eg. sitting, standing, reclining, stretching, etc.) And be comfortable with observational study by our classes. Classes are in session from September through December. Assignments will be day or afternoon sessions, with a minimum guarantee of 3 (three) hours of work.

Terms of Employment
Hours of Work: Up to 30 hours (total term) on call as needed
Wage Rate: $18.57 per hour (Start Rate); $20.19 per hour (Job Rate)
