Happy Home Appliance is looking for a reliable, motivated Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team.

About the Position

We are looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and willing to learn. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances
• Troubleshoot appliance issues and determine required repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous appliance repair experience is an asset, but not required willing to train
• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
