- Part-Time House Manager – Approximately 20 Hours/Week We are a busy professional family with three children looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time House Manager to help keep our household running smoothly. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys organization, helping a family stay on top of day-to-day responsibilities, and taking ownership of tasks. We are looking for someone who can see what needs to be done and help make life around the home easier and more organized.
- Hours & Position:
- * Monday through Friday * Approximately 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Approximately 20 hours per week * Consistent part-time position * Initial 4-month position, running through mid-December, with potential for an extension beyond that.
- Responsibilities May Include:
- * Running errands and picking up household items * Grocery shopping and online ordering * Preparing/cooking family dinners * Laundry, folding, and putting clothes away * General household organization * Light cleaning and tidying * Organizing cupboards, closets, storage areas, etc. * Filling out basic paperwork and helping with household administration * Assisting with planning and preparing for hosting family and guests * Helping with miscellaneous household tasks as they arise
- Requirements:
- * Dependable, trustworthy, and highly organized * Proactive and comfortable working independently * Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle * Must have a reliable cell phone * Must be willing to complete a background check * Comfortable cooking basic family meals * Comfortable using a computer/phone for online ordering and basic administrative tasks * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks * Friendly and comfortable working around a family with three children.
- This would be an excellent position for someone who enjoys creating order, helping others, and having variety in their work rather than doing the exact same thing every day.
