Also, there are a number of opportunities to work in other roles within our travel centers and restaurants so while we may be hiring for a specific role, we always look to train and offer experience for other roles we have.

Job Description
- Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area
- Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items
- Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
- Clean and organize dishes and utensils
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated self-starters
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
