We are currently hiring a Business Office Administrator to join our growing dynamic, family.

Job Description:
- Must be dependable and reliable.
- Business Office Certification, an asset.
- Proficient in Excel, and Word.
- Setting up Appointments with clients.
- Greeting clients with a positive and upbeat personality.
- Treating clients with the upmost respect and dignity.
- Able to work with all operations with the company setting.
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and to handle some stress.
- Some Automotive knowledge required (asset)
- Requirements:
- Answering phones and greeting/helping visitors
- Monitor the main email account (respond or forward as required) in a timely manner
- Invoice clients and follow up when required
- Create PO's and enter supplier invoices
- Class 5 Drivers licence.
- Competitive wages.
