Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via phone and other communication channels to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and have experience in data entry, and basic Adminstartive duties. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and transaction details.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain clear communication with customers using proper phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and/or Auto Body administration .
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, analysis skills, and sales techniques including upselling.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
