Help keep Medicine Hat roads safe while earning competitive pay and tips. The Coachmen Inc. is hiring dependable night-owl drivers to provide trusted transportation solutions across our community. Unlike conventional delivery, rideshare, or taxi services, all operational vehicles are company-provided—using your personal vehicle is not required.
Typical Shifts & Availability
We are staffing consistent evening and late-night operational windows:
- Weekdays (Mon–Thu): 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM midnight
- Weekends (Fri–Sat): 5:00 PM or 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM (split shifts)
Core Duties
- Operate client and support vehicles securely across Medicine Hat and surrounding routes.
- Deliver polished, respectful, and reassuring service from pick-up through drop-off.
- Follow all Alberta traffic standards, city bylaws, and safe operating guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate timing smoothly with dispatch to maintain reliable arrival and departure windows.
- Conduct basic vehicle walk-arounds and maintain an organized, clean vehicle interior throughout the shift.
Candidate Profile
- Licensing: Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license (non-GDL) and a clean commercial driving abstract.
- Navigation: Strong familiarity with Medicine Hat roadways, major venues, and city layout.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Dependability: Punctual work ethic with steadfast commitment to scheduled night and weekend coverage.
- Teamwork: Able to work effectively in partnered driving pairings as well as solo assignments.
