What you'll do
- Lead and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences across concessions, bars, premium seating areas, and special events.

- Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality food and beverage service that enhances their overall experience.
- Drive operational efficiency through effective scheduling, training, inventory management, and service planning.
- Maintain strong financial stewardship through accurate cash controls, inventory practices, and compliance with established procedures.
- Support safe and compliant operations that uphold food safety, liquor service, health, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver successful events, hospitality services, and community experiences.
A closer look at the role
Everyday bring a new exciting challenge. You may start your day planning staffing requirements and coordinating operational needs for upcoming events, then shift to mentoring team members and ensuring service standards are being met. Throughout the day, you'll work closely with colleagues to monitor inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and ensure concessions and bar operations are running smoothly.
You'll play an important role in supporting community events, hospitality functions, and premium guest experiences by helping coordinate food service delivery, maintaining strong cash-handling controls, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Success in this role comes from balancing people leadership, operational oversight, customer service excellence, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
- Successful completion of a recognized safe food handling certification (e.g.,Food Safe).
- Legally permitted to serve alcohol and possess Alberta ProServe certification.
- Certified Concession Manager (CCM) designation is considered an asset.
- Experience with cash reconciliation, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
- Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, responsible liquor service, and operational compliance requirements.
- This position has been identified as Safety Sensitive and requires the completion of a satisfactory pre-employment drug screen, which includes testing for cannabis use.
