Overview

Altawana Express is currently seeking an "Experienced Furniture Mover" to join our team.

The minimum requirements for this position are as follows:

-Drivers license (NON GDL)

-Clean drivers abstract

- Previous moving experience

- Ability to perform heavy, repetitive lifting.

- Proven record of reliability.

The starting wage is$22.00-$28.00 per hour, D.O.E , plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies when necessary
• Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage
• Assist customers with the moving process, providing friendly and professional service
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in moving.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
