Summary
The Guest Services Attendant is required to have a pleasant, polite, energetic, and helpful presence while providing front-line service to our casino customers. Individuals who succeed in our Customer Service position are organized, quick, and have the ability to multitask.

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive at the Coat Check
- General coat check duties
- Make announcements over the intercom
- Interact with guests and respond graciously to inquiries regarding services and features of the casino
- Assist marketing when required by making gift baskets, promotional items, laminating and cutting
- Responsible for selling Casino merchandise and other items
- Provide information about upcoming casino events
- Other related service duties or responsibilities may be assigned based on business requirements.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience with lottery ticket sales is considered an asset
- Able to maintain security clearance
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent in the English language
- Have reliable means of transportation
- A team player who is willing to learn new skills
- Energetic with a great personality and sense of humor
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of customers
- Process high standards in customer service
Work Conditions
- Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour periods
- Must be able to bend to reach shelves
- Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
- Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
