Agricultural Equipment Mechanic - Medicine Hat, AB
Our client is looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician to join their service team in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of agricultural and heavy-duty equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify faults and complete repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Test and operate machinery following repairs to confirm proper functionality
- Utilize diagnostic tools, specialized equipment, and technical documentation
- Support and mentor apprentices as required

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with agricultural or heavy equipment
- Red Seal certification as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and specialized service tools
- Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
