Now Hiring: Hot Tub Service Technician Company: Ultimate Spas & Power Sports Location: 1329-10th Ave SW Medicine Hat, AB (Near A&W/Tino's) Job Type: Full-Time Wage: $18/hr to Start with Group Commissions after 90 Days (You do NOT need to Close a Sale, Talk to a Client, or do a Presentation) ** Are you a hands-on problem solver who likes working on the go? Ultimate Spas is looking for a hardworking and reliable Hot Tub Service Technician to join our trusted local team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, ensuring their spas are running perfectly and their water is crystal clear. You will start out working locally alongside our experienced crew until you are fully trained. After your 90-day probationary period, you'll be confidently working independently and will be eligible for our commission program! What You’ll Be Doing: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing hot tub pumps, packs, and heaters. Performing detailed hot tub plumbing repairs. Conducting routine spa maintenance, including draining, cleaning, and refilling. Testing water chemistry and properly balancing salt and chemical levels. Working independently in the field (after 90 days of comprehensive training). What We Need From You (Requirements): Physical Fitness: You must be physically capable of heavy lifting, including assisting with moving hot tubs. Safety Certifications: Must hold a valid First Aid Certificate, as well as either a CSTS (via ACSA) or CSO (via ESC). Tool Proficiency: Comfortable and confident using basic power and hand tools (e.g., drills, skill saws, and utility knives). Gear: You must provide your own good, work-appropriate footwear.
