Spragg's Meat Shop is hiring for a sausage making/ meat cutting assistant position. Duties will include meat cutting, and production of value added products with mostly pork but also beef, chicken and lamb. All staff assist with facility cleaning as well. We are looking for someone with meat experience, willing to train the right person. Applicants who have recently graduated from high school will be considered for the position. Salary will be dependent on years of work experience $22-30/hr. Position is Monday-Friday Must be able to lift 50 lb, have food safety training and able to commute or relocate to Rosemary. Ability to speak and read/write english is necessary. Must be legally able to work in Canada.
