Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Night Auditor Front Desk to join our hospitality team for Night Shift Only. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy in the reservation system
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and documentation
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times
  • Support other front desk duties as needed to ensure seamless hotel operations

Skills

  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service principles is a plus
