Overnight Cook

Full job description

We are looking an independent, reliable Overnight Cook to manage our kitchen during the graveyard shift. The restaurant remains open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, and you will be working solo. You will handle all incoming food orders, manage prep for the morning rush and maintain kitchen cleanliness overnight.

key responsablilities:

• Maintain a fast pace to ensure quick tickets times during sudden overnight rushes.
• Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency strictly according to established brand standars.
• Prepare and cook all night shift menu orders independently to exact specs.
• Manage, restock, and clean kitchen stations.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks (grill bricking, oil filtering, line sanitizing)
• Have line set up ready for the incoming morning shift cook.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of line cook experiance is required.
• Absolute reliability to work for overnight shift (11pm-7am)
• Strong Management skills to balance cooking and cleaning alone.
• Food handlers Certificate is an assest.
