Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate part-time cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our customers while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. This is a seasonal position until the close of the golf course in late October.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
