Job Summary
The fit expert role is to learn all the products that we carry and work to fit the customer in the correct boot and help them select the right size. There is a small amount of paperwork to do and cleaning around the store during the quieter times. We are looking for someone that has a willingness to learn, a great work ethic, strong communication skills, and who wants to be a part of a great team. This position will be initially about 25-35 hours a week, but we can be flexible. We need someone who is available Saturdays and Sundays. Shoe sales experience is a bonus but is not necessary, we can teach you all the skills needed, you just need to have a willingness to engage with customers on the sales floor. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven track record in retail sales
- Ability to effectively engage with customers
- Experience in cash handling and POS systems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Upselling and customer service expertise.
