Tytan Power Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized Service Writer to join our team. We’re a busy diesel shop working on everything from pickups to heavy equipment—if it burns diesel, we fix it.
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting customers and opening work orders
Communicating repair needs between technicians and customers
Scheduling jobs and managing workflow in the shop
Keeping customers updated on job status and timelines
Handling invoicing and closing out work orders
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Mechanical knowledge (diesel or heavy equipment is a big asset)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience as a service writer or in a similar role preferred
What we offer:
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
