Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging, SEO-optimized content tailored for e-commerce platforms and various digital channels. This role requires a creative mindset with strong skills in proofreading, keyword research, and content strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist owner and marketing team with all in house marketing ideas and activities.
• Address and plan all in house and client social media requests.
• Create social media content for clients and for Reality Bytes incorporated.
• Assisting with planning, set-up, and participate in annual marketing plan and events.
• Enter all tasks, meetings and client requests in computer system (CW Manage) and outlook, maintaining logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
• Triage of open tasks/tickets of client website and marketing requests, ensuring that anything with high priority or critical response needed is handled as quickly as possible by self or our team for client success.
• Assign other tasks/tickets to the correct staff member to action.
• Prioritize all calls and emails according to urgency and importance, following up with clients, or other staff members.
• Push any new leads or sales generations to sales and marketing staff, creating a sales opportunity in ConnectWise (CW) for that client.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or content writing, preferably within e-commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus to create visually appealing materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
