Keep the Machines Running: Utilize advanced tools and diagnostic technology to repair and maintain a wide range of equipment including handheld products, walk-behind equipment, riding lawn mowers, commercial lawn mowers, compact tractors, skid steers, stand-alone gasoline/diesel engines, and grain moving equipment.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize equipment performance, especially when it's needed most.
Tech-Savvy: Use specialized programs to access digital manuals, run diagnostics, and perform precise repairs and upgrades on a variety of equipment brands.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled, supportive team, sharing knowledge and tackling complex technical issues together.

Requirements
Education: Minimum 2nd year Apprentice Automotive or Agricultural Service Technician preferred. Journeyperson Certificate is an asset.
Experience: 3+ years in automotive, power sports, and small engine (gas and diesel) repair. Previous John Deere turf, grounds care, and/or commercial construction equipment experience is an asset.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-based diagnostic tools, electrical systems, engine theory/diagnostics (gas and diesel) an asset, engine repair (gas and diesel), engine repair, and inspections.
People-Focused: Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service.
Soft Skills: Attention to Detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.
Valid Driver's License: You'll need this and a clean driver's abstract for work-related travel.
