We are currently hiring a Part-Time Cannabis Consigner to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who is a reliable, friendly, positive, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting our store’s social media presence.
Schedule:
- casual
- weekend mornings
- evening shifts per week (2:15- Closing) Summer 10:00pm , Winter 9:00pm
- Must be punctual and dependable for opening procedures
Key Responsibilities:
- Open the store and complete all opening duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Educate customers on cannabis products and accessories
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment
- Support daily sales goals and promotions
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
- Create and/or support social media content (posts, stories, promotions, engagement)
Social Media Requirement:
- Must have a strong personal social media presence or be comfortable managing business social media
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Comfortable representing the brand on social media when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Must meet all provincial cannabis retail requirements (e.g., SellSafe certification)
- Previous cannabis retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
- Passion for cannabis culture and education
