We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lube Tech or Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our Honda service team. This position is ideal for individuals who are wanting to pursue a Journey Person ticket as we will help support schooling. We offer an annual tool allowance and pension..

Duties

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
• Support the team in heavy lifting and moving automotive parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Learn about various automotive systems and components to enhance mechanical knowledge.

Skills

• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts related to automotive repair.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in the automotive industry.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in automotive repair.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
