Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team at our door shop. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will possess mechanical knowledge and experience using power tools and hand tools. This position is essential to our production process, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Safely handling glass
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
