Your Role:
Prior cleaning experience NOT REQUIRED - we will train you to grow into your leadership role
As a House Cleaning Team Leader, you will not only be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services but also for mentoring and guiding your team. You will play a crucial role in creating clear, clean, and calm spaces for our clients while promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

- Biweekly Compensation - Our full-time Cleaning Techs average 600.00 - 800.00 or more per week (with tips & bonuses).

Requirements:
- Must be available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am & 4:30pm
- Ability to lift 20lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
- Physically sound; back, hips, legs, wrists, hands, ankles
- Able to read, speak, and write English fluently
- Must be 21yrs+ with a valid driver's license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Pass criminal background check and drug test
- Verifiable work history with dates (months & years)
- Prior cleaning experience NOT required
