Overview
Title: Retail Sales & Stock Associate (Growth Potential)

The Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking team player for a part-time position (12–24 hours/week, Mon–Fri). You’ll keep our retail space organized, clean, and inviting while providing top-tier service to our customers.

Note: For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path for development into Restaurant Equipment Sales.

What You’ll Do

• Sales & Service: Assist customers, handle cashier duties, and use basic computer skills to process transactions.
• Merchandising: Stock shelves neatly, perform inventory checks, and help execute floor strategies.
• Maintenance: Keep the store "tour-ready" by cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and sweeping.

Schedule:

Currently searching for a part time person 12-24 hours per week Monday to Friday. Part time position with the potential for full time for the right person. Two to three days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our retail space. This position involves sales, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and ensuring that the store remains clean and inviting. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas.
• Janitorial duties, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, surface dusting and cleaning
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members to execute merchandising strategies effectively.
• Handle cashier duties as needed, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to enhance the shopping experience.
• Lift up at least 75lbs
• Stand, walk, bend and reach in order to pick up merchandise off shelves and place the merchandise on shelves

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly stock levels and store appearance.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
