Job Duties:
- Transport customers to and from the designated address.
- Pick up and deliver parts to customers.
- Perform Oil changes, replace oil filters, and inspect fluid levels.
- Mount and balance tires and perform rotations as required.
- Clean the shop and take out garbages.
- Other duties as required
Over time, you’ll gain exposure to:
- Answering incoming customer calls to book appointments for service, recalls, and pre-bookings
- Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose what repairs are needed.
- Process and track warranty claims
Ideal Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with technicians and other employees within the department and dealership.
- A Valid Driver’s License
