Tops Freezer Premium Frozen Pizzas is a rapidly growing frozen pizza production facility located in Medicine Hat. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a mature, dependable and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. We pride ourselves on a supportive, friendly, and upbeat work environment where teamwork and quality come first.
Position Overview:This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a food production environment and takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and consistency. You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team that works hard, supports one another, and enjoys a positive, casual, and rewarding work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food production, preparation, and assembly
- Follow recipes, portioning, and production schedules
- Operate production equipment safely
- Package and label finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Food production or kitchen experience is an asset
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HACCP is an asset
