Kidooland Daycare is opening a new centre in Medicine Hat and is looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators and an experienced Director to join our team.
We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing high-quality care and early learning experiences while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Early Childhood Educator Level 3
- Early Childhood Educator Level 2
- Early Childhood Educator Level 1

Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and supervision for children
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow Alberta licensing regulations and centre policies
Director Responsibilities
- Oversee daily centre operations
- Support, mentor, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements
- Foster strong relationships with families and the community
- Lead curriculum planning and program development
Qualifications
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred for Director position
