Job Summary
CertaPro Painters is Lookin for Full Time Painters to Join Our Crew.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Mix paints and coatings to specified colors and consistencies
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Operate machinery such as cranes and forklifts safely when needed for material handling
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks
• Conduct inspections to ensure finishes meet quality standards
• Assist in assembly or machining processes as required
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• 1-2 Year Minimum experience Required in Cutting Rolling/ Spraying Optional
• Own Vehicle
• Driver's Licencse
• Able to Lift 5 Gallon Pails/ Ladders & Equipment
• Willingness to Learn in a Drama free environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $21.75-$39.96 per hour
