The Crossing Company - Light Rig Division (LRD) is growing and we're looking for experienced, motivated, and safety-focused individuals to join our team.
We are currently hiring:
- Rig Managers
- Drillers
- Tankhands
- Roughnecks

Qualifications
- HDD experience is considered an asset
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required; Class 1 License preferred
- Required safety tickets:
- SFA
- H2S Alive
- GDII
- PCST
- CSTS 2020
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Test
