Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support the kitchen team.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen work area, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to promote a safe environment.
- Help manage food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with team members during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow all health and safety protocols related to food service, sanitation, and equipment use.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial in understanding guest expectations and service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
