We're looking for a self-motivated General Labourer/Installer — or an experienced tradesperson — to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis, with room to grow within the company. Construction experience is preferred, and we're willing to train the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Custom deck building and deck construction
- Aluminum and glass deck railing installation
- Fencing installation
- Vinyl and composite decking installation
- Glass sunroom, patio, and roof cover installation
- Custom fabricated pieces and interior installations
- Daily upkeep of the shop truck, tool areas, and your installer station
What we're looking for
- Experience in construction is preferred; experience with vinyl decking installation is an asset
- Comfortable with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions closely
- Self-motivated with a great work ethic
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Class 5 driver's license preferred, with your own reliable transportation (there is no public transit to Redcliff)
- Willing to travel for out-of-town work, with trips ranging from a single day up to two weeks at a time
