Pawn Cash Canada – Medicine Hat is looking for a full-time Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our team.
This is not your average retail position. Our store is fast-paced, customer-focused, and different every day. We work with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, musical instruments, collectibles, and more. We also provide collateral loans, so strong customer service, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn are important parts of the job.
We are looking for someone who is confident, dependable, sales-oriented, and comfortable working with people from all walks of life. You should be able to build relationships with customers while remaining professional and calm in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
- Assisting customers with purchases, sales, and collateral loans
- Learning how to assess, test, research, and price a variety of merchandise
- Meeting individual and store sales goals
- Processing transactions accurately
- Merchandising and maintaining the sales floor
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and secure
- Working closely with a small team and helping wherever needed
What we are looking for:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-oriented and comfortable recommending products
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular attendance
- Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Able to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, jewelry, electronics, or pawn is an asset, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay: $15.00-$25.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
