RealAgriculture has an immediate opening for a sales administration individual to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to support the sales team with client administration, with the intention to transition into a selling-focused capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Lead, as necessary
- Account management for existing clients, and assisting the Sales Lead in developing new business
- Develop proposals and presentations in person and online, and attend industry & company networking events as required
- Track customer information and sales records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients
- Work with the team to build new sales opportunities & products
- Manage and grow a digital and radio client base in order to achieve sales targets
- Shepherd projects through the sales funnel
Requirements
- 2+ years in a sales admin/administrative role
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with a CRM considered an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Managing the sales agenda
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and as part of a cohesive team
- Digital sales experience or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of agriculture would be an advantage, but not necessary
- Having worked in the media industry is an asset
- Can be located anywhere in Canada, but priority will be given to candidates in Lethbridge

Compensation
- Dependent on experience

Travel
- Required travel within Canada and the U.S. will depend on events or meetings
- A valid driver’s license and passport are necessary
