Successful managers maintain and engage the store team through demonstrating initiative and leading by example. Support for our managers comes not only from their individual store teams but also regional field management.

- Works with SM to ensures superior customer service standards are achieved for the store.
- Works with SM to achieve financial objectives and team scheduling.
- Works with SM to lead and develop existing and new Team Members.
- Maintains store staff by engaging, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Must be 18 years old.
- Must pass a criminal background check
- 2-5 years of pawn or retail experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to implement strong coaching and motivational skills.
- Solid knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
- Ability to work as a team with store manager toward developing a exceptional work experience for the team.
