The Redcliff Bakery is looking for a passionate Baker. Experience as a baker is mandatory. This is a full time position in Redcliff.
The best suited individuals will be hard working, flexible, friendly, reliable and have a passion for what they do. Able to take direction as well as work alone. The production environment is fast-paced and warm/hot in temperature - workers must be willing to adapt and change while performing physically demanding tasks. You must be available for early morning shifts on a full time basis.
Joining our Production Team offers employment within a stable organization with room for advancement. Reliable transportation will be required as there is no public transit.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Ability to listen, focus, and follow basic instruction in English
- Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
- Knowledge of basic reading/math comprehension skills.
- Willing to work until the job is complete
- Willingness to learn new skill
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Work early mornings
- Attention to detail.
- Available for Full Time
- Must be located in Medicine Hat or surrounding area
Preferred
· Experience working in a physically, fast paced environment
· Previous experience working in a variable shift environment

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
