Warehouse Operator
Company: Design Flooring Centre

Job Type: Full-Time
Wage: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)
Job Summary: Design Flooring is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management, and maintaining efficient day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickupCoordinate and prepare outgoing shipments with carriers and customers
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is considered an asset
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic English communication skills
