Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional morning service to our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring food safety, and delivering a memorable breakfast experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and experience in food handling and preparation. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in food service and hospitality within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast selections
• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established standards and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Replenish buffet items and ensure food presentation is appealing throughout service hours
• Handle food with care, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with setup and breakdown of breakfast service stations
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation

Experience

• Prior experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries is preferred
• Experience as a barista or in food preparation is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during morning hours
• Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and hospitality operations

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
