Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct cleaning activities in residential homes and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Interact with clients and staff in a professional manner, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and using cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Provide ones own reliable transportation to customers residents of work. (fuel costs added into hourly wage)
• Criminal Record check must be submitted prior to hiring if job is given.
• Previous custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods of time.
