Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders and inquiries
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety
- Prepare and package food items as needed, including meal preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Ensure all food served meets quality and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for prompt resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling meals or ingredients for service
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of serving, food handling, and food safety practices
- Ability to perform meal preparation and basic cooking tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills with a focus on serving customers courteously and professionally
- Familiarity with the food industry standards for hygiene and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
