We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to fill in for a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize office software, for managing schedules and billing clients/insurance companies.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for denturists.
- Assist with clinical tasks by cleaning exam rooms between clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not required.
