Papi's Country Kitchen is seeking experienced dependable hospitality professionals to join our front of house team.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in exceptional guest service, work confidently in a fast paced environment and understand the importance of professionalism, team work, and attention to detail.
For the right candidates, this position offers an opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and advance into a management role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, professional and welcoming service to every guest.
- Confidently manage multiple tables while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Guide guests through our menu, daily features, beverages and available upgrades.
- Accurately process food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with our kitchen team.
- Serve beer, wine and spirits responsibly in accordance with AGLC requirements.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
- Assist with large reservations and group dining. Papi’s has nearly a decade of experience successfully hosting groups of 25, 50 and more guests.
- Handle cash, debit and credit transactions accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Candidates interested in advancement may also assist with shift leadership, staff coordination, opening and closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
What we are looking for:
- Previous Restaurant serving experience is strongly preferred
- ProServe certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual and self motivated.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently when required.
- Leadership or previous supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
